For people curious about my settings
1. I use the brush tool for almost everything, even for lineart. Easy for rough sketching.
2. Blending, works better with a texture thrown in.
3. Flat brush gets you a semi painterly look, wonderful for laying down color and whatnot.
4. Overlay abuse, I actually do most of my color blending with them haha

Cosplay is not Consent is a movement to raise awareness about the rising problem of sexual harassment at anime/comic conventions. Please just watch out for each other. Sexual assault happens to both genders.
Anyone can be a victim. It’s time to stand up. Sharing this on all my pages because this is so freaking important. Please watch this video.
I don’t even know this man and I am tearing up from this video. These things can happen to anyone. The fact that this is an issue in a community that should be so open and accepting is just sick.
Everyone, remember to always keep an eye out for each other. I don’t care if you know the person being harassed or not. No one deserves to feel violated or uncomfortable no matter where they are or what they are wearing.
We are a strong community. Lets fix this.
Not really Lolita related, but I know that a lot of my followers go to conventions and cosplay as well so I thought I would share this because it’s really important.
Important message! And goes for Lolita too - Dressing like a doll doesn’t give anyone permission to play with you!

I have a soft spot for really cheesy text, and an enduring love to cryptozoology, so this happened. The super lovely Becca Knight ended up purchasing it at the show.
It was a very indulgent project - it’s not something that would really fit my portfolio. So that, plus the fact that I didn’t have much time to do it, made me hesitate about posting it. But it was super fun to do, so who cares.
